Introductory and continuation course on the S-Line (S = small) in the snowpark on Corvatsch. The S-Line is located right next to the impressive professional jumping elements and, with its simple but professionally built deep obstacles, offers the ideal introduction for anyone who wants to learn and improve freestyle on skis.

Requirements

For children and young people who have passed the Red King Ski Level. Enjoyment and interest in freestyle skiing.
Able/able to ride chairlift alone (height 125 cm and over allowed).

Duration

Monday to Friday, 10.30–13.30 (03.04.2023 – 14.04.2023)

Meeting Point

Mon – Fri 10.20 am valley station Cristins ski lift for the 3-hour morning course, return 1.30 pm valley station Cristins ski lift (03.04.2023 – 14.04.2023)

Lunch break

Individual lunch break at Murtèl middle station, without supervision by freestyle instructor.

Learning objectives

Level 1
Saftey first: Learn and follow park rules and safety rules. Small to medium jumps; Box 90° on/off; Basic Run Pipe.

Level 2

Safe basic technique: medium jumps with grab/shifty; rotation on box; tubes 90° on/off; alley-oop 180° in pipe.

Level 3
Everything with style: spins on small to medium jumps; jumps switch on; 270° on/off on box and tube; tube and box switch on.

Equipment

Standard ski equipment with poles (freestyle skis are not mandatory). Helmet is compulsory. Back protector is recommended.


Children from 6 years on need a ski pass for the area Corvatsch.
