At 13.25, at the entrance to the trails in Sils Maria, sport centre Muot Marias (next to ice field)

Until 11.00 in the Ski school office Sils. Courses can be booked individually.

Note on rental equipment

Pick up your rental equipment (skis, boots, poles) before 12.00 noon at the sports shops. (The sports shops are partly closed for lunch and only open after the start of the course).
